Faust Records is a recording studio, residential & creative space near Prague Castle. ​Located in a unique functionalist building in the center of Prague, Czech Republic, Europe.

It was founded in 1991 by musician Richard Mader, two years after the Velvet Revolution. In those times, as one authoritarian utopia gave way to a new consumerist one, this space was intended for something else — that fresh utopian feeling new music can bring.
